Purchacesed a 2009 civic at the above address
I paid 289.00 after all prices where completely agreed apound. When i asked them what this charge was for, they said, ” the state mandates it. And was legal and it was to cover paperwork." these chareges are not required by the state like they wanted me to belive. This charge was not disclosed untill after the price was negotated. I understand the most they can charge is $5.00 for paperwork. It turns out that these moneys are for there expensive trips and summer homes ect. And are pure profit i feel doing ths is fraud and misrepresentation on there part. I am requesting my 289.00 back. If not i plan to go the tv station and expose this type of fraud to all masachusetts people buying cars in ma. I will also report it to the bbb, my state representatives, and the consumer relation board. A parellel to this is you go buy a tv. That list for $ 999.00 then when you sign for it i would add another $200.00 for the paper work. You ask why do they do it because the can?
