Service Automall - Service Chevrolet "sold me a $28,000 car without proper paperwork or a title

Service Automall took my 06 Malibu as a trade-in on an 05 Tahoe. 3 weeks later they say that the paperwork didnt go through and they wanted to jack up the payments and interest rate on the tahoe because we wouldnt lie to the finance co "Like we specifically told you too" they said. I say no deal I want my trade back if you are going to break the original contract. They say that the malibu has already been paid off, cleaned up and ready to sell. If we dont sign the new contract and then lie to the new finance company we walk away with nothing! Now we decide to go with whatever they say, I do have a two year old and Im 6 mo pregnant, so I really need some sort of transportation.

Over a month later service automall says they need the title which they NEVER before asked about. We went to the tag office to file for a lost title but the tag is now expired on the car that I cant have back so service automall says it our responsibility to pay for the tag so they can have the title "their" car. Like they havent ripped us off enough
