I signed up for this service with the understanding that I would be charged $14.95 for unlimited access for 6 months. I checked my account this morning and they charged me $89.95. Upon calling Instant Checkmate, I was told by a customer service rep (Sarah) that they signed me up for 6 months at $14.95, paid in advance. I cancelled the service, and was told I would receive a credit for $79.30 within 3-5 business days and I would be able to use this service for a month. We'll see! What a scam!!! I will report back in 5 days on whether or not I receive a refund.
