Unauthorized Withdrawal

I saw a popup ad on Feb 15 from Instant Checkmate advertizing unlimited background checks for five days. The cost was $1.00. I gave my debt card number as payment (stupid!). Six days later I found a second withdraw for $24.63. I called the Instant Checkmate phone number as indicated on my bank statement. They told me all the information was available in regards to the second withdrawal when I paid the $1.00. They refuse to refund the second amount to me.
