This is the worst moving company in the world. Not that I've experienced all the moving companies in the world, but I was in the Air Force for many years and have been through countless moves, and by far, this has been the worst of the worst.
First, I received multiple quotes through a moving company search engine and went with ORI (my mistake) because their quote came in much lower than their competitors (a red flag).
Anyway, if you want a company that bids low to gain your business then doubles the price in the end, this is your company. If you want to deal with unprofessional office staff that don't call you back, ever! This is your company. If you want to deal with mathematical miscalculations and in trying to get them resolved, this is your company.
If you want rude drivers and movers, who bully you into getting the unnecessary shrink wrap ($25 per article and $5 rolls of tape); do not use the "free blankets" advertised on their web site and instead use their supplies, this is your company. If you want other hidden charges like a shuttle service because the driver does not want to drive an 18-wheeler through NYC, this is your company. If you want your property damaged (so much for shrink wrap) and items lost, this is your company.
If you want a 5-10 day window, only to find out that it's more like a 21 day window, even after repeated calls and the promise of delivery that never quite happens, then this is your company. If you want a driver to tell you, it’s not my problem that I lost your item, then this is your company. If you want to deal with a Manager (Maricella) that leaves you on hold so long that the call cuts off and then she doesn’t call you back, then this is your company.in summary, if you want to deal with a company with no integrity, then this is your company.
