Let me start off by saying... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just had a HORRIBLE experience using Moving services of America. We went out of our way to have everything 100% ready to only pay the minimum. We literally shrink wrapped every piece of furniture ourselves the days prior to our move. Everything was going fine, until one of the guys said "you want us to shrink wrap your mattresses?"... Not thinking about it, I said "yes"... WORST mistake ever... A tiny fraction of shrink wrap cost us $90!!! Then, when we were all done (prior to the 3 hr minimum) and we're about to sign the paperwork, we notice they're charging 3 1/2 hrs! What?! We called the company on the spot, and they kept on giving some lame/fake excuse as to why they were charging the extra 1/2 hr, when we were done before the 3 hrs! To top it off, we called Harvey a few days before our move to double check the costs, well, when we called him trying to figure out why the additional 1/2 hr was being charged, he completely LIED about what he had said a few days before! Then, when Nicole was put on the phone... She was extremely aggressive, rude, and even started cussing us out on the phone (we never said anything minimally close to what she was saying—and we're the customer!) In summary, this was a highly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE company. I will never use them again and if I find enough time, I will sue this company for lying and giving misleading information to their customers.
