I entered my information on a website that would send notifications to 5 different moving companies. This company was the best priced - $80/hour for 2 movers and a driver (also a mover) and no additional costs. Had I known that they were lying to me, I would have gone with one of the other four companies.
They were two and a half hours late with NO PHONE CALL! I had to track someone down at the company to find where the drivers were. The first time they told me it would be about another half hour. An hour went by and I called again to find out they were about 15 minutes away.
I was informed that they were going to shrink wrap my mattress and box spring and they asked me if there was anything fragile I wanted wrapped. I pointed out a statue goose, nothing else! He shrink wrapped my guitar, both TVs, my mirror and glass top table and charged me at least $25 per item.
