This company is a fraud! They went to my house where my tenants live to do duct cleaning, and the bill that i agreed to was for $120. When the arrived at the home they told my tenant's room-mate, who relayed the message to my tenant, who then relayed the message to me the owner, that there was carbon monoxide in the furnace, therefore they needed to do extra cleaning which would cost an extra $200. I agreed to this because of the carbon monoxide. When the work was finished my tenant texts me and tells me the bill is $750!!! No one from the company called to authorize any additional charges or even called and told me how much the bill was! They then go and charge my Visa for $499; thankfully i didn't have enough for them to charge $750. They are crooks!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... They are thieves!!
