Poor pratices

I went into store bought a battery for my cam coarder and founf out it was returned usless batrtery and took it back the store and they were very rude and ignorent and refused to take it baqck and would not even disucuss it, they told me to contct the sony company and let them handel it but i belive that it was switched at the best buy store
