I found this company on madeinchina.com, they were allegedly a gold member and this was confirmed by madeinchina.com. However being a gold member means nothing, i submitted payment for two items, they were supposed to be sent EMS freight. However the company advised that they had sent them china post, they provided me with tracking numbers on www.intmail. 183.com. Cn, allegedly a tracking site for china post.
I had a couple of entries on the tracking site which showed the parcel was in shanghai, since then there has been no more tracking and of course the parcels have never turned up and no one knows anything about it. I suspect that this scam is widespread on these sites as i have found a number of companies using the same products and the same terminology in their advertising. I also suspect that these scams are Nigerian based on the basis of the phrases used when i had email contact with the so called sales manager.By this i mean the use of the words dear friend, and hello friend, also the spelling and grammar was bad, also they always made contact with me about 5-5.30 pm australian time, never before this, and i received some emails at 2.30am my time. China is only 2 hours behind us so i dont believe they were sent from China, the time frame fits in with Nigeria. Be very cautious when dealing with any of these companies online who use the services of alibaba, madeinchina etc. As they may well be fakes.
