I answered an ad for an apartment in Pacifica, called Seacliff Apartments. He wanted to "sublet" his 'house' that he owned. Via e mail, he dent proof of ownership and rental agreement. I was told to send the money (wire transfer) to Mark Gara in Manila, Phillppines. Thank God I called the Seacliff. There was never a rental there and the unit, #9 had just been rented. This scammer called himself a man of God. Do not trust this person if he does another attempt at scamming someone. Craigslist is becoming a scam list!
