JES Rentals is listing a property on Craigslist for a Vacation Home in San Francisco, CA under the address 601 Van Ness Avenue. When I inquired about the property, it seemed like it was an automated message giving me information in bad, broken english. Email kept asking for the agreement rental to be filled out and send payment in full in order to be reserved. The agreement rental form says it's from JES RENTALS. When I asked to speak to them over the telephone, they told me to call 207-385-9383, a number for Miane yet the fax number of 206-203-4210 belongs to Seattle, WA. I had a bad feeling about it, so I did research on "JES Rentals" and found nothing. Told me that checks nor paypal was not accepted it had to be Western Union money transfer. When I finally got their payment information, I was told to do a money wire transfer through Western Union to April Elderkin in Daytona Beach, FL 32113, I did a search on her and found this website which confirmed my gut feeling that this was a SCAM! Their address had no unit #, no routing number for the wire transfer, no credit cards accepted. It was too weird.

Do not fall for this scam!!! We have reported this person to the FBI also the National White Collar Crime Center and to the Bureau of Justice Assistance. Also Reported to Craigslist and believe me, I'm spreading the word so this person goes to jail!!!
