You can get your money back from paypal!
Bought a pair of shoes online from their website and received confirmation. Weeks went by before I received anything so I opened a dispute ticket at PayPal. I then received a cheap sponge in the mail. Since the seller was able to show PayPal that the item was shipped they closed the dispute. PayPal did not allow me to submit a new dispute for the wrong item with the same transaction number.
Key is calling PayPal. I used a number I found at 888-215-5506 and finally got through to an agent. Had to hit 0 a few times. They immediately refunded me the money. They have identified this seller as being a scam artist and I guess are in the process of not doing business with him anymore.
