Bought the advertised trial at £4.99 and also paid for the maintenance trial totalling £34.95 then two weeks later they have taken £89.95 out of my bank account. They say as an act of good faith they will return the money and if I have missed the terms and conditions then its my fault. However, at no point on their site does it state that they will take this amount of money out of my account. I feel the site does not clearly state what you are entering into when you pay for the trial. I am still awaiting email confirmation of the refund of the money and have cancelled my account with them by phone today and will be putting it in writing and sending to the Utah address that they have on the site. I dont have much faith in being able to get the money returned and feel that they might still take money out at a later date. The bank cannot stop any payments going out to HCG Platinum and am therefore unprotected.
