I always check my transactions and each month I find a name and a charge that is unfamiliar to me. When I called Bidfastnow and complained, the customer service rep. Told me there was nothing that she could do and I would have to contact my bank. When I asked her if this was going to be a reoccuring charge of $74.99 each month, she said, "she didn't know, and to call my bank". Is there any thing you could do to help me?
