On march 24th I agreed to buy a FREE SAMPLE of a cream with both Mydermascene and Relift.com. I only had to pay for the sending. 3,85 a piece.
I received one of the creams and I am not happy with it either. It scales my skin.
Anyway. I thought about it as a scam, because I did not receive the other sample, but thought it's only 3,85 lost. Stupid me. Falling for a scam like this. Because both websites are very similar in outlook.
But now, 22th of april when i open my creditcard account I see that both companies have billed me for 234 dollars in total. I did not agree to any subscription that i know of. If you think you pay for a FREE sample, why would you agree to subscribing to a monthly pot of cream (that is not even finished in half a year!) The advertisement is false because only in the terms of agreement you can (yes i read it now) read that by making ANY transaction on the website you agree to a monthly subscription. The period of declining is allready passed as you dont know that you did agree to something like that. It is not well communicated of course, because it is intended to misinform you.
I called their customer care, but the number is out of order. I send them a mail telling that i want out of the falsely aquired subscription.
But I really need that money back, and as i see a lot of people who had even higher amounts taken of their account i really hope that it will happen. I will call and email them every day from now on, getting my refund. And Then i found this website, so i hope this will work too, if nothing else will.
This is so not right.
