Unsealed packaging and questionable contents

I ordered a DYNEX CD/DVD laser lens cleaner online from EMTC and it arrived in an unsealed, cracked case with no invoice. I am afraid to use it on my expensive equipment. I ordered it from this company because it said free shipping. This item is useless! I would rather have paid shipping and dealt with a reputable company.
