Received bill from OAN/Kooltelecommthy fee attached to my verizon bill in the sum of 22.95. I immediately called verizon and was told to call Oan as this is a recurring billing.
I immediately called the 800 number that they gave me and was told that the service would be disconnected.
The following month I received the same 22.95 charge on my verizon bill and called Oan again. This time I was told to call a company by the name of Kool Tele at 1 888 898 0850.
I called and they did agree to give me the credit to verizon after discussing with them that they had the wrong city and the wrong birthdate. This is a SCAM and verizon should not lend their name to it.
