Sent iPhone in after a quote of $112.90, based on "good" condition. I wiped the data before sending as a precaution. I received an e-mail saying the phone was broken and would pay me $46.14 for it - A difference of $66.76. I told them to return it, because I knew it worked fine when I sent it. It came back a week later without the case it was in. That was my fault because I assumed they would return it with the case - seems like the right thing to do. I immediately plugged it into the PC, synced it up and was able to use it as sent. When I sent an e-mail challenging their evaluation, I received a very snotty response from customer "service" justifying their decision to toss the case and reject the phone.
Makes you wonder if they do this a lot. I will never do business with this company again. Spread the word - be very cautious.
