Yeah i ordered from these worthless ppl almost 3 months later nothing after rudely chatting with them on there live help bout 15 times they took the live help down from there web page i have sent several emails to the customer support and nothing i asked for a refund several times while ther live help was still up they gave me the paypal holders email same thing just silence so ive pretty well just wrote it off as a loss!!! Do not order anything from hotcataclysm.com u will get ripped off!!!
