Ordered gold from site and was told that it was not in stock and that i would be emailed when it was in. A week went by so i contacted them and then they told me that their gold account got banned and that i had to wait longer. Filed a paypal dispute and it was denied because of "virtual goods" loophole. The 24/7 live chat is a bot. Simply tells you that they are out of stock and that they will email you when its ready. No e-mail response from anyone either. 100% scam
