On August 12th, I had purchased gold for World of Warcraft for $97.11, a few days had passed and nothing. I had contacted customer service and they told me to wait 48 hours for a phone call, so I waited and still nothing. I contacted them again and they had told me they were out of stock. So i waited a few more days and still nothing. Contacted them again, and they kept telling me to wait 48 hours for a phone call. I have been waiting for a total of 13 days and still they keep saying the exact same thing as before, over and over again. I have asked them to return my money, and they refuse to and just keep telling me to wait. I went to Paypal for a dispute and than they told me to cancel the dispute and they will deliver the gold, so I did and still got nothing. Www.hotcataclysm.com is nothing but a scam.
