Ordered purasilk and alluria both as free samples, postage only online trials. Ordered 30th march
16th april they take £74.99 and £69.99 from my bank account without my knowledge.
Contacted bank who passed me to card fraud dept... Cant do much about this loss of money or the fact that i have supposedly started a subscription...
They now have access to my bank account and will send more products and take out more money each month.
Have e-mailed and wrote to cancel orders but have had no contact verbally
have to wait to see if more products arrive and then contact fraud dept again to dispute the money. They are also going to send a cancellation confirmation e-mail, but not hopeful that anyone wiull deal their end?
