Wayne County FOC has ruined my life to the excessive which it has caused me major hardships. I was injured back in 2001. Lack of experience with the courts as well as life in general left me very unaware of the laws. Do to my injury, Wayne County FOC EXTORTED $19k and some change from my lawsuit, for ADVANCED child support. I now know, this was extorted from me. As I argued, I received $11k back. However, I owed NOTHING in back child support, leaving them to hold the rest for this reason. Wayne County FOC, mistakenly gave ALL of it to the other party at once. Then, started extorting MORE, from my pay checks. As I now know, this was extortion.
Moving on I filed for custody for my child. I was placed with referee Camille Dennis for the court date. Upon entering the room, another gentleman was there for a increase in child support filing against him. Ms.
