I was on Ancestery.com to see if i could locate family members but no results i then cancelled this through the online customer service same day, I was charged on April 6 for $59.88, whe I had noticed this I called the 1888-455-2791 that was on my account statement they said it would be refunded since I cancelled it. Well instead of having a refund I was charged again on April 12 for $39.95. This was Just six days later.
