I responded to an on-line pop-up add from Kunulift for FREE sample of facial cream. The only requirement was to pay the $4.95 shipping costs. I placed an order on 3/1, paid the shipping costs and later received a small jar of cream. Two weeks later, on 3/19, I was shocked when a $84.87charge hit my account. No additional cream was received. The Kunulift representative refused to reverse the charge indicating that the charge was explained in the small print on their web site. These requirements were not visible in the order material and were nowhere made clear.
