Unbelievable. I order this cream under the understanding that I would only be charge the shipping and handleling. Now a month later I have 2 charges of 84.87 totaling $169.74 I never authorized. I only used the cream once and it gave me a rash. Now I am $169.74 out for a less than 2 ounces of cream.
I called customer service and a Whitney answered the phone. The Rep. Was very rude, unprofessional and basically told me she did not care about my situation and that I was not going to get a credit. To all of you out there that this is happening too. You can dispute the charges with your credit card co. Which is what I am doing. Cancel your cr. Card so that they have no access to your account and place a stop payment for Kunulift.com. The stop payment has to have exactly the name that appered on the cr. Card statement. They can hold on to the charge, however, you can get this money back thru your credit or debit card bank. We have rights and they are been very misleading in their marketing and it not right (which is call FRAUD).
