I check my bank account daily. Today- 4/15 I notice a charge for 4/14/12
from Just Answer. I called and told them I did authorize their service. I also
informed them that I was going to notify the States Attorney and the BBB.

I got the representatives name it is John and his ID number is 93876.
He stated that he could not terminate my account because he couldn't find my account infomation.
