Ripoff Texas

I received my bank statement and I notice I had all of these 34 dollar charges to my account from my bank. So I inquired about them come to find out they from AOL internet service. I had never even sign up with them but they got my checking account number some how. So i disputed the charges but now my bank is saying i owe them all these over charges for someing i never even had my account is over drawn because AOL kept tring to take money out my account. They need to be stoped
