About 6 months ago, being dissatisfied with the service of sprint wireless, I decided to take action to terminate my account with them. The two phones I had quit holding a charge and did not work anyway. I called them to enquire how much it would be to terminate my account, they told me 200 per phone plus balance of account. I then sent them a check for 589. Today, April 26, I get a bill from these clowns for 79.00. I call them, they sey my account is still active. I ask them why I would send them 589 for the hell of it, I thn ask them to check if any minutes have been used. They then tell me that it will cost at least 400 more to close my account. Not only are these people thieves, but they are morons, too. OR, maybe I am the moron for going with this company in the first place. If anybody is having the same problem, please contact your state attorney General and the BBB.
