I had placed an order for 6 cartons of newport 100's on 03/19. After I didnt receive a comformation email i checked on the order status and order could not be found. I then emailed the company for a refund and they told me it would be refunded to me. It has been 3 weeks and still no product or refund. Now they wont even return my emails. On my statement it was charged by FINETUNGSTEN FIRM SUZHOU
