I placed an order for Valentines day. Paid extra dollars for a guaranteed delivery on that day... The flowers did not get there, and they would not pick up the phone or provide any info on tracking on that day. Next day, they just had no idea where my order was, they did not seem to be apologetic for ruining my day, instead offered me a discount for next time. Yeah right. I'm going to order with u again and ruin another occasion. I did not ask to deliver in a remote village... I asked to deliver in Stamford Downtown in CT... Ridiculous how they can play with someone's feelings... If they did not have capacity, they shd not have accepted the order, I would be more than happy to save my day by ordering from another company. That is not all, the customer service Rep even hung up on me when i asked to talk to a Supervisor.
