I ordered the "free" trial. Only pay 2.95 shipping. The product did NOT work! I called. They told me that they would extend the time I could try it without charging my card. I said ok. I had several days left on the original 30 day trial, but my card was charged. I called back to see why and the rep told me that it was an error and I should NOT have been charged. She said she would have the charge removed. She did not have it removed. I called again and told them I did not like the product, and I wanted my money back. They said they would contact me with a return number, and once they received the product, they would refund my money. They gave me a PO Box so I couldn't send it back FedEx or UPS, I sent it return receipt. They did not sign for it! So now I don't have any proof they received it, and I have to pay 159.95, which is a LOT of money to me. Another case of the consumer being ripped off. I disputed the charge on my credit card, but Discover said that there isn't any more they could do. Ginale said they didn't receive the return, and if it's not signed for, I don't have proof they did receive it. I'm stuck.
