Company is a scam, it has "criminal records" of individuals who dont have any CORI history what so ever. Then when you contact them to remove your name, they ask you to expedite your request by paying $4.85 online or it will take 2-4 weeks if you mail them the request.
Companies like these buy stolen lists, bad debt lists, and then go after consumers to get more information and more money. So if I mail them something to remove my info—now they have a current mailing address. If I pay online to expedite the process then they have my credit card info.
They are not authorized or reputable in any way to have anyone's information. Best case is to report them to the Attorney General Office in your state or Better Business Bureau.
