The Instant Checkmate site is a total rip off. It totally incriminates everyone's name on this site. They are using this site to make it look as if everyone's name on this site has a criminal record.
Not the case. I entered several of my family names on this site, including myself, and all the names pop up to make it look like we are criminals. Under each name it state criminal record. If you click where it states criminal record, it goes to another screen where you have to pay money to get the criminal history.
Nobody in my family, including myself have a criminal record, but yet this site makes it seem like we do, which is totally wrong and incriminating. I do not want my name or any of my family members name on this site. The reps from this site explained to me that this site has everyone's name on it. Their data base is supposedly from public records. Then why do they make it look like everyone who is on this site as been arrested with some type of criminal record. I find this offending to anyone who is on this site.
This site must either be removed from the internet, or revamp the site so it does't incriminate people who are completely innocent of any wrong doings.
I will also take this matter up with the Federal Communications. Everyone has the right to know exactly what this company is doing
