Its now the middle of April, my refund was approved from retoxer in early January. After exhausting calls to the company only to be put on hold, still no refund. So here is some advice to all the others out there that have been promised a refund. If it was a legitimate charge, where the company was at fault for basically stealing the funds, call your bank, credit card company, and dispute the charge with them. I did that, wells fargo had the money back in my account the next business day. They deposited the full amount, retoxer was still going to charge thirty bucks for shipping! Its just an option that may be overlooked, and the banks probably have a lot more pull dealing with this crooked company than any individual will ever have. Good luck people, I know there's a lot of you out there.
