I hired Martin and Jim of Hot Mix Asphalt Paving in Fort Worth, TX to install 10,000 sq. Ft. Of asphalt at my home. The finsihed product looked great and was guaranteed for 1 year. The asphalt had been in place for about three weeks when I started noticing holes and cracks forming in the asphalt. I reached out to Jim and Martin and requested they take a look at the asphalt and make the appropriate repairs. They explained they would do everything they could to make it right. Well... It's been about a month since my initial contact with them and they have provided numerous excuses and are no longer answering their phone or returning calls. Now that the asphalt has been in place for about 2 months, I now have ruts in my driveway along with the holes and cracks. I have left one last voicemail and will be retaining an attorney at the end of the week if they have not agreed to resolve their poor craftsmanship immediately.
