I had ordered a "FREE sample" of Dermapur on line and got to the point where I had to pay the postage for the "Free sample" delivery. When I put my information in to pay the postage on the "free sample", a message popped up said the order didn't take, so I just forgot about it. But then I did recieve the sample and was charged the $4.95 shipping. The information that came with the package said that I would receive an email and must follow the instructions for canceling and returning any remaining product. I never received any email! No where did it say anything about being committed to more orders or authorizing anyone to make additional charges to my card. Today I recieved another package thru the mail from Dermapure and saw where they had made an unarthorized charge to my Debit Card in the amount of $74.90. I could not find a phone number on their site to cancel. While trying to locate one, this Scambook site came up. Holy Cow, how many of us are out there? I found the customer service number in one of the posts on this page. (1-888-589-3380). I have contacted the Company and cancelled any futher shipments. I told the representative they would not get another dime from me. He told me "You know you joined a club".. Hello? No I did not! I complained about this being a scam and he hung up on me! I reported the situation to my bank. They closed out the card and are issuing me a new card with a different number. No charges on the old card will be accepted by them! I would hate to be that customer service rep who has to deal with this situation every day just to make a living! He's probably only making minimum wages too. Just look at the number of complaints on this site alone!
