I purchase a local number from them for my man to call me. First, they give me the wrong place to put funds down then I request a refund from the company that jail solutions told me to give money for and that was back in February and I still have not received a refund from Globaltel link and jail solutions does not get back to you with any response to problems or emails my number keeps going to voicemail unbelieveable. The number they gave me for my man to use goes straight to voicemail he can't call me now (Inappropriate Content Removed)
