My TMobile phone has been charged 9.99 for at least the last four months and have called TMobile at least twice. TMobile took two months off bill and gave me number to call Bune LLC. After calling the first number which was selling Direct TV, I called the second number supplied by TMobile and got them. I told them not to charge my number again and that I required a refund. They said the could credit only two months which would take 7 to 10 business days. I called back after two weeks and they said the request was still been processed. BS I told them. Thet told me the are in Pacific Asia and the paternt company was in California Still waitng.
