Late to deliver (1:20hrs) and collect (5hrs) the van.
Terrible customer service and unwilling to help me with trying to resolve any issues.
£250 deposit taken and over 2 weeks later still not returned, upon speaking to them last week they stated it would be within 7 working days. I spoke yesterday and they said 7-10 working days. Working day number 9 now and after reading these reviews I have my doubts, they stated that my deposit return had been processed on the 4th April and takes this amount of time. I know from previous experience with other hire companies who undergo the same process that this is in fact incorrect.
I have contacted my bank as I paid by Visa Debit Card and they will start the claims proceedure on my behalf should the funds not arrive in my account tomorrow (whats the chances).
I will also be writing a complaint to Mr Hammond Kumar (company director) at his home address which is easily and freely accessable through the following link. Should anyone else be considering complaining or taking legal action this should help
