I'm an Activity Director at an assisted living facility on Holcomb Bridge Rd in Alpharetta. After 3 attempts to secure a motorized cart for one of my residents because the batteries were dead, we finally got one that worked. When we were about to leave, the resident was getting off the cart when the power handle fell off! The screw was missing! Fortunately this didn't happen enroute through the store. I got an employee, Chere, and showed it to her - She apologized and said this would never happen again. I'm not sure if I want to take my residents back or go to a different store.
