I hate Target. The clerks do not speak to the customer and eye contact is avoided at all times. The clerk will stack the bags on the 6 inch counter, rather that place it in the cart. Most of the time, I am charged twice for an item, if I happen to catch it before I leave the store, I have to go to CUSTOMER SERVICE AAAARRRRGHHHH to get my refund. I believe it is Target's practice to randomly double charge customers, because it happens so often.
