Mattress Warranty Denied Because Manufacture Date Tag Cannot Be Found

Having purchased a mattress with a 20 year warranty from them on 02/27 it is now sagging several inches in the middle, have made over 35 phone calls being sent from one department to another, finally they inform me since I cannot find a tag they say is on it showing mfg date they will not honor the warranty, it is very easy to see when I bought it I put it on my Sears charge
