Having purchased a mattress with a 20 year warrenty from them on 02/27 it is now sagging several inches in the middle, have made over 35 phone calls being sent from one department to another, finally they inform me since i cannot find a tag they say is on it showing mfg date they will not honor the warrenty, it is very easy to see when i bought it i put it on my sears charge
