We have been loyal and previously totally satisfied customers of illy coffee for many years. Having purchased your new espresso single servings for the first time from our local sainsburys on sat 31 March we were very much looking forward to trying them out on our return home. We carefully followed the instructions as detailed on the container using our delonghi coffee and espresso maker and were extremely unhappy with the product and were unable to drink it. Suffice to say we will not be purchasing it again.
