To all of you that have filed a report with the FTC. After getting some information yesterday on our chase after Espresso Italia, I have been told that if you did not use Espresso Italia or Espresso Italia Marketing in the FTC Complaint Form and name them specifically that you need to do so. The reason for this is for tracking purposes. It is a way to see how many complaints have been filed on Espresso Italia. If you still have NOT filed a complaint online at the FTC. GOV website, please go there and do so.
We need all complaints on them. Even if you think we do not have a chance in hell, go there and do your part. Companies get away with things like this because nobody does anything to stop them or they figure they'll get caught sooner or later. How many more people have to get taken before Shadd and Patrick get stopped and laugh all the way to the bank?
