NEVER use RCWILLEY to buy anything. We purchased a bed the other day and were promised delivery March 30th. Originally we were told it would likely be delivered in the morning, but to log on the night before and verify. Thursday night I logged on to check and the website said it would be delivered but they did not know what time. I checked again Friday morning at 0600 and the site said it was out for delivery, but call to verify the exact time. I called delivery at 0700 (as soon as they opened) and was told it would be delivered around 130 pm, but I would get a phone call verifying delivery time by no later than 2 pm if the driver was running late.
I called at 1430 and was told the delivery guy would call "right back" because the phone operator could not contact him on his cell phone. Two hours later I called AGAIN and was told the item would be delivered between 6 pm and 9pm. At 605 pm I get a phone call saying it will now be delivered between 9 and 12... YES 9 pm and MIDNIGHT!
I called the store and was told it is "perfectly acceptable to have items delivered at midnight" they even said sometimes things are delivered at 1 AM! Needless to say I cancelled the order completely and will NEVER shop at RCWILLEY again.
I should have known there would be issues as soon as we watched the the stock guys struggle to put a chair and tables in an SUV when all they had to do was put the chairs in SUV in the opposite direction. The customer ended up having to make two trips for items that should have taken one. Next they ignored me when I said I was Todd when they called my name for the item we were picking up. When I again said I was Todd, the dock worker looked at me and said he thought I was a different Todd... HELLOOOOOO, I was the ONLY GUY THERE! All the rest of the people were women..
