Within the 30 days my husband contacted our sales agent to make a cancellation on our policy. Our sales agent, Ryan Sauls, said he would make sure to cancel it. Upon checking our bank statement we noticed that the money for the policy was removed. Once more my husband tried to contact our sales agent with no luck. The following day the sales agent's manager contacted my husband to see if we wanted to increase our policy. My husband told him that we did not want to increase but to cancel our policy. The manager said he would take care of it by sending us a letter in the mail and would reprimand the sales agent for neglecting to do the cancellation. Feeling better about the problem being solved we waited for the letter and never recieved one. We tried to contact the manager and the sales agent leaving messages and getting no response. Once more looking at our account we noticed they had drafted the money for the policy. My husand decided that we needed to call the company. He called and was able to talk to someone who told us he would cancel the policy. Once more the account showed that the money was drafted. At this point we called the company ourselves again after having left messages with our sales agent with no respose and the money continually getting drafted. My husband was once more able to speak with someone who stated that since he was not the policy head he could not cancel it. That I, Jessica Ferron had to cancel the policy. He was upset that no one, after having made so many calls and spoken to three different people, had told him that I had to cancel. I contacted the company and explained what had transpired. It was well until I was told no refund of money could be made since the policy went into effect after the thirty day cancellation. Once more I went over the events as to way my policy was not canceled until now only to be told I would have to fax or mail a letter and wait to see if I got a refund. I explained once more calmly that I had be given the run around for four months. That I had originally been trying to cancel in teh thirty days that were asked but that everytime we spoke with someone they would cancel it and nothing happened. She told me that there was nothing she could do that I would have to get it reviewed by the administration. I got the numbers and contact information. I feel that this company needs to have better communications set up or hire better agents. Have a better policy set up also to handle such situations. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE as long as they have they the quailty of service that they do. I will say that every one was nice when I spoke to them and when my husband spoken to them but that alone does not make for a company. You need better communications.
