On the 1st of december I put an order at planet rx for aftershave, for sensitive skin, 6 bottles. They immediately charged it on my credit card. On the 7th of december they said that it was processed and that they would send it. It never arrived. On my account on planetrx it says it is in process. I have written several emails with no reply. Phone calls say the line is busy and to leave a message which is also not replied.
