On 21 Aug a pop-up on my computer offered an anti-wrinkle serum trial sample for £4.95 - which I accepted. The transaction went through on 22 Aug. I received the serum. On 5 Sep 2013 Juvesiio.co.uk charged me £87.00. I phoned the company, spoke to Denise who told me that I am a member of their VIP club and that they will send me every month some of their stuff. I told her to cancell. She was prepared to sell me the serum for a fifty percent discount, but I wanted to cancell because as far as I know, there is no standing contract between them and me. So she told me they will cancell my membership but to return the serum and they will refund me. The serum was posted today, per insured post. I will now wait to see what they are going to do, and will have to visit my bank manager to tell him not to accept any further accounts from Juvesiio. Hope this helps someone else.
